Returns & Exchanges

At Seraulic , we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how you can return or exchange your item.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Process: All returns can be sent to our fulfillment partner, Printful. The specific return address is printed on your parcel, as it is country-specific.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that we do not charge a restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [Your Customer Service Email] and send your item to the Printful return address provided on your parcel.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
