Creativity

I only started to use digital art programmings at the beginning of last year. During that time it seems a whole lot has changed within the digital art world. To me at least it seems like a good time to enter the scene. the above image was created with #Dream, #Google bard, #ChatGPT and edited with #photoshop #canva and #lightroom

As a creative artist, finding inspiration and bringing ideas to life can be challenging. Fortunately, advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have opened up new avenues for artistic expression and creativity. In this essay, I will discuss how I use AI for my initial ideas, as well as photobashing and blending in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Blender.

One of the most exciting aspects of AI is its ability to generate unique and original ideas. AI algorithms can analyze vast amounts of data and identify patterns and trends that humans might not have noticed. This allows me to get a fresh perspective on a project and generate new ideas that I might not have thought of on my own.

For example, I might use an AI-powered image recognition tool to analyze a set of reference images and identify common elements. From there, I can use these elements as a starting point for a new project or design concept. This allows me to draw on a wealth of inspiration and take my work in new and unexpected directions.

Once I have an initial idea, I often turn to photobashing to flesh out the details. Photobashing involves taking existing images and blending them together to create a new composite image. This can be a quick and effective way to generate a rough concept or mockup of a project.

AI can be incredibly helpful in this process. For example, I might use an AI-powered image search tool to quickly find images that match my concept or theme. This can save me hours of searching through stock photo libraries or my own image collections. I might also use an AI-powered image manipulation tool to make quick adjustments to the images, such as resizing, cropping, or color correction.

Once I have a rough concept in place, I can then turn to more advanced tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Blender to refine and polish the final image. These tools offer a wide range of features and capabilities for blending, compositing, and refining images.

Again, AI can be incredibly helpful in this process. For example, I might use an AI-powered image restoration tool to clean up and enhance the quality of my source images. I might also use an AI-powered color grading tool to adjust the color balance and tone of my images.

In Blender, I might use an AI-powered texture synthesis tool to generate unique and realistic textures for my 3D models. This allows me to create complex and detailed 3D scenes and animations with minimal manual input.

AI has revolutionized the way I approach creative projects. From generating initial ideas to photobashing and refining in advanced software like Photoshop, Lightroom, and Blender, AI has opened up new possibilities for artistic expression and creativity. As AI technology continues to evolve and improve, I look forward to exploring even more exciting and innovative ways to incorporate it into my workflow.
